Cancellation Policy
At The Crow’s Nest, spaces are limited to keep our retreats intimate and restorative. Please review our booking terms before reserving: A $300 non-refundable deposit secures your spot. Final payment is due 14 days before the retreat. We understand that life happens and plans can change. Our policy balances flexibility with the need to honor commitments to our small, intimate retreat. Can’t make it? You’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend at no extra charge. However, if you need to cancel within 30 days and cannot find another participant, you will be expected to pay full tuition. If we must cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to move your booking to future dates.
